Welcome to the journey of leadership!  God has a specific plan for you!  I want to let you in on a little secret, your role might actually change, you might not keep your job until you retire.  Here's the great news though, the manner in which you do what you do is more important than what you do.  Taking the time to develop the leadership potential and capacity is so crucial.  God wants to use you to do some amazing things in your life, family, career and in our community.  Welcome to the journey!  

Below are resources you can come back to as often as you'd like.  The assigned episodes have the dates above the video link.  Each Sunday we meet we'll spend about 15 minutes discussing each week's assigned podcast.  I'm also going to add 'extra' podcasts are from my coach Pastor Matt Keller.  Pastor Matt and Sarah Keller lead Next Level Church in Ft. Myers, Florida.  Heather and I consider them our pastors.  There are also other podcasts that we listen to in regards to leadership.  We've found them helpful so we thought we'd share them with you.
